Frontend developer
Your mission?
As part of the digital development team, your main task will be the creation and development of top-level websites, web applications, and technical solutions, often from scratch. Working closely with the UI and UX design team, creating websites with a great user experience from the CMS for our client to the final product is important to us. Equally important to us is a good eye for design, but don’t worry, if you feel you’ve always lagged in this area but are eager to try, it’s something you can practice 🙂
What tech stack do you need to handle?
Our projects are diverse, and we don’t impose our tech stack on our clients, but rather we adapt and propose what we consider suitable for each one, because not all have the same needs.
However, we do have a mandatory foundation that is important to us, which precisely consists of the basics. We are looking for people with knowledge in:
- Semantic HTML and basic accessibility knowledge
- PHP
- CSS (Sass) with knowledge and curiosity about the new additions to the specification.
It would be wonderful if you also know:
- Vue
- GSAP
- CSS and JS animations and micro-interactions
- Custom development with WordPress
Bonus points if you also have experience with:
- Next
- Astro
- WebGL/ThreeJS
- Giving talks and conferences (or you would like to start 🙂 )
Requirements
- Solid foundation and demonstrable experience in developing websites with the technologies mentioned above; we don’t care how long you’ve been doing it, we care about talent and what you can bring to us.
- Being a team player eager to create projects that make an impact.
- Being a problem-solver, with the ability to find solutions to problems autonomously.
- Knowledge of Figma and Git.
- Attention to detail and design; it’s not that development and technical quality are less important than design, but careful design is our hallmark.
What we offer

Flexible hours; our main point of connection is the team meeting at 10am, and except for emergencies, you need to be there, but after that, you can manage your schedule as you see fit.

Full remote; we are a digital team and strongly believe in remote work, but we also know that sometimes in-person interactions can help to smoothly coordinate the team’s efforts. That’s why we offer full remote with the possibility of having work periods at Ashler’s offices to coordinate the team.
Salary: We know that saying “to be agreed upon” isn’t ideal at this point, but we don’t want to close the range until we’ve talked to you and know what you can bring to the studio, so we’ll say from 32,000€.

Ashler is a design studio based in Pamplona, specializing in the comprehensive design of brands and digital presences, working with companies from all over the world and of varying levels. From small clients in Pamplona to large international companies like Google.
Design, typography, and user experience are very important to us, as we don’t aim to do what everyone else does; our main goal is to make the path easier for our clients to reach theirs.
We like to combine good technical development with a powerful visual finish. We’re looking for someone who can support the digital development area in achieving high-level web finishes.
