Sudtipos type foundry

Sudtipos is one of the world’s leading type foundries. However, they have made their reputation selling their fonts on third party retail websites. Now, after more than a decade, the head of the foundry, Ale Paul, decided that it was time for a decisive new change.

Sudtipos requested us create a powerful e-commerce store able to handle more than 250 font families. We developed an intuitive search engine with options to pin and hide fonts. We also created a proprietary font tester that enables users to apply Open Type features in single glyphs, just as if they were using a desktop application. All of these features are built into a simple structure that uses the powerful promotional images of Sudtipos alongside a friendly tone of voice in order to generate a more intimate relationship with the customer.
